Installation requirements — separate from fitment
  • Have an experienced technician follow Nissan service procedures and ACT instructions; inspect and correct the release system, flywheel and alignment before installation.
  • Use new factory flywheel bolts, thread-locking compound and factory torque specifications. Align the flywheel alignment hole with the crankshaft dowel as required by ACT's 350Z/G35 bulletin.
  • ACT recommends the Prolite flywheel for race use and warns of reduced drivability and increased gear rattle.
